Mission & Vision
Thakurpukur Uddipana Sanskriti Angan embarked on its journey—transforming from a small sapling into a mighty tree—driven by the solemn pledge to realize the resolve and the vision for the future that had inspired us right from the organization's inception.
The objectives for which the Organization is established are:
A
To unite all the physically handicapped persons under the banner of the Thakurpukur Uddipana Sanskriti Angan.
B
To promote the legitimate and special interests of the members and beneficiary.
C
To promote cordial relationship, sense of unity on all matters of common interest, natural understanding and cultural upliftment amongst the members, beneficiary and their families.
D
To conduct legal proceedings, if necessary, in the interest of the members.
E
To offer financial assistance to the members and their dependents in dire needs and distress.
F
To foster brotherhood amongst all the members so that they can develop the necessary mental strength and stamina for competing in society along with normal members.
G
To arrange and organize lecturers, debates, blood donation camp, discussions, seminars, excursions and cultural programmers for promoting the welfare of all the members.

To publish useful literature, papers, magazines, booklets etc.to fulfil the foregoing objectives.
I
To undertake all activities as may be deemed incidental or conducive to attaining the objectives of the Organization.

To fulfil the objectives of the Organization, any non-political organization working for the welfare and in the special interests of the physically handicapped persons may be recognized by the Executive Committee as an associated organization of the Organization under terms as may be deemed fit without any prejudice to the rules of the Constitution.
Driven by this resolve and a vision for the future, we are moving forward through mutual cooperation and support. If this collaborative momentum continues, we plan to create suitable training and employment opportunities for persons with physical disabilities—particularly the visually impaired—as part of our future vision. We also envision establishing residential homes for the destitute among the visually impaired.
The cooperation and support of everyone will serve as our guiding strength in turning this resolve and vision into reality.
